General Services Administration Renovation

This 6,750 ft² federal office building renovation on a prominent street intersection in Harlingen required the repair of the building envelope, extensive interior modifications, entrance appearance improvements and site development, all in accordance with government security standards.
The one-acre site planning considers preservation of existing favorable trees and plantings according to these security parameters and other site additions.
This project is currently undergoing the application process as a LEED Certified project, exhibiting reuse of 95% of its existing walls, floor, and roof, improved energy performance, and reduced water use.
