Designed for a private client who leases the facility long-term to the federal government, the design had to meet the stylistic requirements of the subdivision developer, as well as the strict standards of the end user.
The 11,000 square foot building is designed in the regional style of its setting. Its Mediterranean aesthetic and native, regional, semitropical landscape belie the high-security demeanor of the federal law enforcement tenant within.
