Included is a limited vehicular maintenance operation in a separate existing 7,000 S.F. building on site. The project included programming, expansion of the main building, renovation of both buildings, and space planning for the entire facility. The finished complex consists of approximately 50,000 S.F. of building. Covered parking for service vehicles is also included.

The facility was designed to comply with DHS Border Patrol Facility Standards and addresses particular security requirements. Additionally, it is designed to facilitate expansion should the need arises.
