As Lead Designer for much of the firms work, Mr. Negrete has focused on design excellence achieved through understanding client, user, and societal needs and expectation of public architecture. Early experience in Construction Management provided Mr. Negrete with a unique insight into project development, scheduling, and budgeting, and how to achieve well ordered design, project success, and client satisfaction. Mr. Negrete has always been able to resolve challenges of budget, program, and user objectives with spatial solutions that maximize all critical development criteria.
